Snow and a Garage Door (Glasses too)

It has been several days since I have been able to park in the garage. The spring on the garage door broke back on January 11 and it was finally fixed today (1/23). I am so excited...now I only have to dig out one car instead of two.

By the way, I hate snow and cold. We have received a lot of snow since last week Friday (above is a picture of the deck that shows all we have gotten). We are supposed to get another 6-12" by lunch time tomorrow...ughhh.

On a funny note, Wyatt has taken a serious liking to Mr. Potato Head's glasses. He will walk around for HOURS with them on his face. They don't fit and in fact they squeeze his little cheeks, but don't think about taking them away. He cries when I take them away on our way up to his room for nap time. The most simple things bring kids pleasure.

One last thing, please be in prayer for Ryan and I as we try and make some decisions for our family. We are looking into where we will go from here...should we buy a house or a condo? should we keep renting? Our lease is not up until August, but we are just looking at our options.

Wow, that's a lot of snow. Better you than me. :)

I will definitely be praying that God will make it clear as to what you should do come August. We have to make a similar decision by June...of course not buying in Hungary but whether we should stay in this flat or move to another one. I understand and will be praying!

Thanks, Kristen. Thankfully the weathermen were wrong yet again. We only got about 2 inches overnight, so it is a lot better than it could have been! We will be praying for you and Kevin too!

Oh my! You have a lot of snow. I now understand why you said it would be up to Lily's waist! Is it spring yet?! We are dying to play outside!

I will be praying for your family. How is his workouts going? I have been thinking a lot of him!

Stef: Ryan is very tired and sore after his workouts, but he has been able to increase time and resistence on the different machines he works on. He is also good about riding the bike here at home. I am very proud of him and his persistence!

I'm glad his workouts are progressing. I'm also glad to hear that you were able to get a bike at home! (I know you guys were thinking about it).
