More and More Blessings
Today was GREAT! Ryan walked this morning with the help of PT. They figure that he walked about 55 feet total. They also got him a Passy-Muir valve for his trach. It is a cap that goes on the end of his trach while he is on track mask; he is then able to talk. He sounds great! So much like himself, just a little quieter. He was able to talk with Lily and Wyatt and they LOVED it. They kept saying, "Daddy, Daddy, Daddy". My mom said that they had the biggest smiles on their faces as they talked with him. He was also able to talk to his mom, dad, grandma, and aunt. We were also able to go outside again. God's blessings came in big packages today!

YAY!!! That brings tears to my eyes!! I am soo happy for you both!! I praise GOD all day for all HE is doing in your lives!! I can't wait to come visit!! I can't wait for Lily and Wyatt to be able to come visit, I am sure you are anxious too!! WOW, so many blessings!! Praise God for HIS love for us and HIS relationship with us!!

THANK GOD!!! I am praying constantly for you guys, and I am so excited to check these updates from you each day, Kristin, to see what God is doing! Praise Him!!! I am praying that Ryan continues to amaze the doctors and nurses, and gets back on the transplant list faster than anyone would've guessed. I pray too, for both of you, that you are not anxious, but remember through the experience of these blessings Who is in control! YAY GOD!
it's awesome to watch God work his hand in your lives. I am most excited about the Passy-Muir valve (i'm a speech path) because Ryan has a voice! : ) it's a small-huge thing.
