It is a joy to have Lily and Wyatt here and once they leave I am sure that I will have tons of pictures to post on the blog.
Ryan had an okay day yesterday. His oxygen was stable to up, but they did lower his PEEP to 8.0. This is the lowest his PEEP has been in quite awhile so that is a good thing! He continues to be more "awake" but it is still a huge struggle to communicate. He tries so hard to tell us things, but it so hard to understand. He is unable to write at this point, but hopefully as he gains strength we will be able to take advantage of that.
